1. Refund Policy for CIMM (Certified Internet Marketing Master) Course
If you have taken admission in our Certified Internet Marketing Master (CIMM) course, please note that the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. We advise all students to carefully review the course details before enrolling to ensure it meets their expectations.
2. Refund Policy for Customized Courses
For students enrolled in customized digital marketing courses, we offer a limited refund option under the following condition:
- If you do not understand the content taught by our teacher within the first three days of starting the course, you may request a refund within this time period.
- Refunds requested after the initial three-day period will not be accepted, and other reasons will not qualify for a refund.
Please note that all refund requests must be made in writing via email within the three-day window.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Refunds will not be provided for any reasons other than those mentioned above.
- The non-understanding of course material outside of the three-day window does not qualify for a refund.
- Failure to attend live or recorded classes, inability to meet course deadlines, or any personal reasons such as a change of mind do not qualify for a refund.

- Include your full name, course details, date of enrollment, and a brief explanation for your refund request.
